For best viewing, this website requires the following:
One of the following web browsers: Firefox 2+, Safari 2+, Internet Explorer 7+ or Opera 2+ .

Web browsers have both javascript and cookies turned on.

High speed internet connection.
Without any of the above, you may experience difficulties with the website and trouble viewing the videos on the website. If you have technical problems that are not answered here or in the Frequently Asked Questions please contact: webmaster@uncensoredinterview.com.
Features of the Uncensored Interview video player:

- Pause/Play button: Pauses and plays the video
- Stop button: Stops the video playing
- Video timecode: Gives the location of the play slider
- Play slider control: This is the white bar in the middle and controls the video playing in the player so user can navigate forward and backwards by dragging the white bar left and right.
- Length of Clip: This number represents how long the video plays. (i.e. 29 seconds)
- Full screen button: Clicking will convert video to full screen mode, user can return to standard view by hitting the ‘Esc’ button
- Audio Control: Control the volume by clicking on the icon, the bars will change color as volume goes up and down.
How to make sure that cookies are allowed in your browser:
For Firefox 2+

Open Firefox by double clicking on the icon.

For Mac: Click once on ‘Firefox’ located at the top of the browser on the left. A drop down menu will appear then select ‘preferences’ from the list. It should be the second item listed.
For Windows: Select tools from the top browser menu. It should be the sixth item from the left. Then from the drop down menu click on ‘options’. -
A pop-up window will appear in the center of the screen. There will be seven icons to choose from at the top of this pop-up window. Select the one labeled ‘Privacy’.

Confirm that ‘Accept cookies from sites’ is check marked. If it is not, then click on the box so that it is checked.

Close the pop-up window. (Click the small red circle at the top left corner of the window to close it.)

Finally, restart Firefox to make sure that the changes are made to the browser.
For Internet Explorer 6+

Open Internet Explorer by double clicking on the icon.

Select tools from the top browser menu. It should be the fifth item from the left. Then from the drop down menu click on ‘internet options’.

A pop-up window will appear in the center of the screen. There will be seven tabs to choose from at the top of this pop-up window. Select the one labeled ‘Privacy’.

Confirm that the slider is set to ‘medium’. If it is not, then set it to medium, anything higher may not allow user to log in.

Close the pop-up window. (Click the small red circle at the top left corner of the window to close it.)

Finally, restart Internet Explorer to make sure that the changes are made to the browser.
How to make sure that javascript is allowed in your browser:
For Firefox 2+

Select tools from the top browser menu. It should be the fifth item from the left. Then from the drop down menu click on ‘internet options’.

A pop-up window will appear in the center of the screen. There will be seven tabs to choose from at the top of this pop-up window. Select the one labeled ‘Advanced’.

Under ‘Settings’ scroll down to ‘Java’ and make sure that the box is check marked. If it is not, then click on the box so that it is checked.

Close the pop-up window. (Click the small red circle at the top left corner of the window to close it.)

Finally, restart Internet Explorer to make sure that the changes are made to the browser.
How to check that you are running Adobe Flash Player 10 or higher:

If the results report that Flash player 10 is not installed go to the following link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Troubleshooting Videos:
Videos will not play or keep stuttering or stopping while trying to watch them:
-
User may experience slow response time to playing videos with a connection that is not high speed. Be patient and wait up to 1-2 minutes to make sure that the video is not trying to load.

Check internet connection. First make sure that your network cable hasn’t been unplugged. Then verify that your connection is working by clearing cache, closing and re-opening the browser.

To clear cache on a Mac: go to the preferences menu, select privacy and click ‘clear now’.
-
To clear cache on a PC: go to the internet options menu, select privacy and click ‘clear now’ or clear ‘private data’ in Firefox. For internet explorer, under the general tab click ‘delete all’.

- Check that you have installed all the requirements that are listed above. (i.e. Flash 10+, Firefox 2+, javascript on, cookies on, etc.)
Audio is not working:
-
Check the volume on the Uncensored Interview (UI) video player located on the bottom right hand corner. If the audio icon has a cross through it then volume is muted, click on the icon to turn the volume up.
-
Check the volume on the computer system being used.
-
For a Mac: look for the audio icon on the upper right corner. Then click on the icon, if the slider is at the bottom then move it to the top.
-
For a PC: look for the audio icon at the bottom right corner. Then click on the icon, if the slider is at the bottom then move it to the top.
-

Check computer audio settings and that mute is not on and that there is no hardware issues.
-
For a Mac: go to the system preferences, select audio devices and make sure that volume is not muted.
-
For a PC: go to the control panel, select audio devices and make sure that the volume is not muted.

If external speakers are attached:
-
Check that the speakers are plugged into the correct outlet and completely plugged in.
-
Check at that the volume on the speakers is turned up.

Navigating the Uncensored Interview website:
For best user experience become a member of the UI website.
How to register as a member:
-
Select ‘Sign up’ at the top right of the main UI page.
-
Fill in the membership form.
-
Check your email used to register for the validation email from UI.
-
Click the link in the email to validate the account.
-
Congrats! You are now a registered member of UI.
How to log in:
-
Select ‘Log in” at the top right of the main UI page.
-
Enter name and password.
-
Click ‘login’ button.
How to change password:
-
Log in to UI.
-
Select ‘My Info” at the top right of the main UI page.
-
Enter a new password in the text field ‘password’.
-
Type in the new password again in the text field ‘confirm password’.
-
Click on the ‘Change Settings’ button to accept the new password.
-
User will be notified at the top of the page stating ‘Your info has been updated’.
How to delete your account:

Log in to UI.
-
Select ‘My Info” at the top right of the main UI page.
-
Select ‘Delete my account’.
-
Click ‘OK’ at pop-up window.
-
Account and all info will be deleted and user will need to sign up again.
How to add/remove favorites to my account:
-
Log in to UI.
-
Select favorite artist and video.
-
In the grey box underneath the video click the link ‘add to favorites’.
-
Link in the grey box will change to ‘remove from favorites’.
-
Video can be removed from favorites by clicking the above link.
How to view favorites saved to my account:
-
Log in to UI.
-
Select ‘My Faves” at the top right of the main UI page.
-
A list of user’s favorite videos will be displayed.
-
The option to ‘remove favorite’ will also be available.
How to rate favorite videos:
-
Log in to UI.
-
Select favorite artist and video.
-
Underneath the video click rate link labeled Thumbs ‘UP’ or ‘DOWN’.
-
The rating next to the link will change and user will be notified ‘Your thumbs up (or thumbs down) was recorded’.
How to share a video:
-
Select video to be shared.
-
Scroll down to the icon buttons underneath the video.
-
Select the icon to website that you would like to share the video. (e.g. myspace icon, facebook icon, twitter icon, etc.)

A pop-up window will open.
-
Enter username and password.
-
Then follow instructions to posting video to the website selected.
How to learn more about UI, the terms of use and the private policy information:

On any of the UI website pages scroll to the bottom.
-
Select ‘About’, ‘Terms of Use’ or ‘Privacy Policy’.

User is taken to pages with requested information.
